Summer Accommodation

We know that staying in Nottingham through the summer is necessary for a variety of our students. To help support you, we have great options available:

  • If you need under 28 nights you can book a room in one of our self-catered Townhouses located on University Park with bedding included
  • If you are looking for longer term accommodation for 28 nights or over we can offer you a self-catered room in Dagfa House located just outside the West Entrance of University Park
  • You can also book summer accommodation in self-catered flats at Broadgate Park. Visit the  for details. Prices start from £30 per night with a minimum 3-night stay

Flexible Short Stays in our University Park Townhouses

Our short stay accommodation is designed for students who need a convenient, comfortable place to stay for a few days over the summer.

  • Minimum stay: 3 nights
  • Room Type: Townhouse Standard (shared bathrooms)
  • Available: From 22 June to 14 September 2026

Pricing

Pricing Summer 2026
 Length of stay Nightly Rate
 3-10 Nights  £35 per night
 11-27 Nights  £30 per night

 

Key Collection

Keys can be collected Monday to Friday, 2pm–8pm. Full instructions will be included in your booking confirmation.

If you need to arrive outside these hours, please contact us in advance to arrange alternative collection.

 

 

Terms and Conditions University Park Townhouses

  • Available to current, registered students at the 海角黑料 only.
  • Minimum stay of 3 nights.
  • Bookings are subject to confirmation by Accommodation Services.
  • Check-in times: 2pm–8pm on weekdays (out-of-hours arrivals must be by prior agreement only).
  • Check-out times: by 10am on date of departure.
  • Bedding and towels are provided.

 Flexible Short Stays in Dagfa House

Our accommodation at Dagfa is designed for students who need a convenient, comfortable place to stay for a few weeks over the summer.

  • Minimum stay: 28 nights
  • Room Type: Townhouse Standard (bathroom shared between 2 persons)
  • Available: From 27 July to 14 September 2026

 28 Nights plus  £26.70 per night

 

Key Collection

 Accommodation at UPP Broadgate Park is available for students who need a convenient, comfortable place to stay for a few days or weeks over the summer.

  • Minimum stay: 3 nights
  • Room type: En-suite
  • Available: From 25 July to 18 September 2026

  • Bedding and towels are NOT provided, you will need to bring your own bedding and towels or book a bedding and/or kitchen pack with UPP Broadgate Park
