Projects
Our research examines forced migration through the lens of international law, including international criminal law and asylum and immigration law. We explore issues such as the legality of offshore detention and the ways in which civil society actors oppose, challenge, and resist policies of offshore processing. Our work also addresses the strengths and limitations of asylum procedures and engages with the relationship between personal histories of displacement and international law.
