The º£½ÇºÚÁÏ is very proud to see that the awards celebrated the incredible work of three University linked individuals - Charlotte Seale, Tim Westwood and Ollie Bluff.

Charlotte Seale - a º£½ÇºÚÁÏ student - was awarded the Tom Miller Award For Social Impact for her work in the Women's Rugby Union Club, where she has been a stalwart of the club furthering the positive and inclusive culture the girls pride themselves on. Charlotte also works as a Rugby Minds ambassador leading multiple campaigns in an attempt to better the culture of rugby at the º£½ÇºÚÁÏ.

The University's Women's Rugby Union Club celebrated a double award win on the night as club Head Coach Tim Westwood was recognised with the Outstanding Coach Award. Tim was recognised for his outstanding work this season where the club's 1st XV only lost 2 games, whilst the club saw the emergence of a 3rd XV for the first time and now have a performance pathway with Leicester Tigers.

Finally, º£½ÇºÚÁÏ staff member Ollie Bluff was recognised with the Unsung Hero Award. The title of Unsung Hero was awarded for Ollie's commitment to the Men's Rugby Union Club over the last 7 seasons. After starting as a volunteer student working in the PODS system, Ollie is now the clubs lead physio, attending almost 100 games from Exeter to Edinburgh during the BUCS season.

Everyone at the º£½ÇºÚÁÏ would like to congratulate our award winners, and look forward to another fantastic year on the pitch next season.
