Whether you're looking to build strength, improve posture, boost cardio fitness, or just find a little calm in your week, there’s a class for you.

Here's a quick breakdown:

Introduction to Reformer (Free)

Reformer Foundation

New to Pilates or just new to the Reformer? You’re in the right spot.

This beginner-friendly class is your perfect starting point. We’ll walk you through the core principles of Pilates and show you exactly how they translate onto the Reformer machine — no stress, no pressure.

You’ll get hands-on guidance as we break down how to safely use the equipment and help you feel confident moving through each exercise. The pace is slow, steady, and designed especially to focus on the fundamentals.

Reformer Dynamic

Level up your strength

Reformer Dynamic takes your class to the next level with more complex and creative movements. Suitable for experienced members or those that like to work hard in a higher intensity class

You are encourage to work to muscular fatigue. Following a period of recovery this leads to gradual increase in muscle strength and endurance. Our workouts challenge major muscle groups such as buttocks, legs and arms using a series of compound exercises.

This means you hit almost every muscle group in the body within one session improving your whole body strength.

Important: This class is not suitable for beginners or those with an injury.

Reformer Jumpboard

Ready to level up your workout?

Our Jumpboard classes are a fun, fast-paced way to boost your cardio while firing up your core, legs, and upper body. Combines the core-focused strength of Pilates with an added cardio element. Using the Jumpboard attachment on the Reformer, this class incorporates low-impact, high-energy jumping movements that improve cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and lower body strength.

You’ll flow through a spicy mix of classic Reformer moves and dynamic, jump-style exercises that challenge your balance, build strength, and leave you buzzing with endorphins.

Heads up: Jumpboard isn’t suitable for beginners or those with an injury.

Reformer and Restore

Slow down and give your body the recovery it deserves.

Be guided through slow focused movements designed to improve flexibility, posture and balance, whilst also focusing on breath. This gentle and restorative class promotes mindful movement, restoration and mental well-being.

Using the support and versatility of the Pilates Reformer, we’ll guide you through deep stretches, mindful breathwork, and low-resistance exercises that ease stiffness and boost circulation — leaving you feeling lighter, looser, and more in tune with your body.

Perfect for:

  • Rest days between more intense workouts

  • Managing stress and calming the nervous system

  • Improving flexibility and joint mobility

  • Supporting recovery from fatigue or soreness

No prior experience needed — this class is suitable for all levels and ideal if you're looking to recharge, reset, and reconnect.

Reformer Fusion (Coming Soon)

A Full-Body Challenge, One Station at a Time

Reformer Fusion class is a diverse class that rotates participants through different stations using the chair, tower and jumpboard offering a workout that enhances stamina, leg strength, cordination and core control.

At each station, you’ll practice key movements tailored to that specific apparatus, giving you a full-body workout that’s varied, dynamic, and deeply effective.

This style of training actually goes back to the roots of Pilates. Joseph Pilates originally had his clients move through a sequence using all the major machines — much like our modern circuit format. While his sessions were more one-on-one, the idea remains the same: move with focus, flow, and purpose across all the equipment.

Reformer Tower (Coming Soon)

Discover the Power of the Pilates Tower

Reformer Tower classes use a spring-loaded vertical frame to provide resistance for a full-body workout focusing on strength, mobility, and flexibility, using hand and foot straps while lying, sitting, or kneeling on a mat. These low-impact sessions are suitable for all levels, offering support and challenge through adjustable spring tension to improve posture, balance, and body awareness.

Our experienced instructors will guide you through each movement with hands-on support and clear verbal cues, helping you focus on alignment, activate the right muscles, and get the most out of every session.

Reformer Core Principles

Feeling stronger and ready for more? Step up to Intermediate!

Reformer Core Principles helps to build core strength, improve posture, and enhance body awareness by focusing on the six Pilates core principles: Centering, Concentration, Control, Flow, Precision, and Breathing. These classes will use the spring resistance to challenge and strengthen the core and the entire body through controlled , precise and flowing movements.

We’ll still stick to the core principles of Pilates, but turn up the intensity to help boost your core. You’ll walk out feeling taller, stronger, and more toned after every session.

Best for: Suitable for various fitness levels, offering modifications for beginners and advanced practitioners.
