This isn’t just another survey, your feedback will help shape real improvements in research resources, support, and culture at the university.

Previous PRES surveys have led to important changes, including improved study spaces, better student complaint processes, PGR wellbeing events, new teaching scholarships, and the launch of Postgraduate Researcher Learning Community Forums. Your input helps make these developments possible.

How to access your survey:

When the survey is open from 24th March to 16th May:

Check your UON email to receive a message with your personal 'one-click' link to access the survey.

- Respondent ID: Your 8-digit student ID number.
- Password: Your Date of Birth (format DD/MM/YYYY e.g. 20/03/2003)

Survey eligibility:

This survey is for registered postgraduate researchers (PGRs) who are doing a PhD, MRes, MPhil or equivalent professional doctorate.

(Not eligible are post-January 2025 starters, part-time doctoral students in their first year of study, those on 'no qualification' courses, and those temporarily studying at a different university or overseas campus.)
