International Human Rights Reports

The International Human Rights Reports are published, in print and online, four times a year by the Human Rights Law Centre of the 海角黑料.

They are a collection of judgements and decisions from the following bodies:

United Nations Treaty Monitoring Bodies

  • General Comments/Recommendations are also made available
 

Regional human rights bodies

Cases are selected on the basis of their significance or contribution to development of international human rights law. Each case is prefaced by a headnote, which summarises the main facts and legal arguments of the case.

In addition, offers access to informed, critical comments which highlight the significance of the case.
