Campus visits and meetings

We welcome sponsor representatives to our beautiful University Park campus regularly, and we are always keen for sponsors to meet staff, tour facilities and use our campus to both meet both their students and our team. We also have regular online and in-person meetings with our sponsor partners to provide updates and explore opportunities.

Progress reporting and updates

Our team are responsible for the twice-yearly academic progress reports and transcripts that many of our sponsors require, meaning that sponsors can monitor and be kept informed of their students' progress. We work with personal tutors and faculties to make sure that information is correct and up to date.

Academic progress reports and transcripts

Our team are responsible for coordinating and managing the sponsored student progress reporting process. For a number of sponsors, the University is contractually obligated to provide progress reports and transcripts directly to sponsors twice per academic year.

For PhD students, this is undertaken in October and April, and for Undergraduate or Master's students, this is undertaken in February and July. Our team liaise directly with personal tutors, assessments and attendance teams to ensure the correct information is captured and provided to your sponsor.
