Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Priorities

As the 海角黑料 continues to grow and evolve, our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) priorities are shaped by the people delivering this work every day. Inclusion is not owned by any one individual or team; it is a shared commitment across our whole community, and meaningful progress relies on staff, students and partners working together.


Student equity is predominantly led by the Student EDI team, who focus on the experiences, outcomes and opportunities that matter most to our student community. Staff inclusion is driven by the Staff EDI team, based in Organisational Development, who support colleagues, leaders and networks to build an inclusive working environment.


Our priorities are not fixed; they shift in response to emerging needs, evidence and the lived experiences of our community. They reflect the different challenges and opportunities within staff and student spaces, and are shaped through ongoing collaboration with those most impacted.
