About HealthyU

HealthyU is here to help you make the most of your time at university by providing information and advice on a range of wellbeing topics. We deliver campaigns and initiatives, as well as printed and digital guides. Our web pages will also signpost you to support within the university and locally. If you are looking for support now visit Wellbeing Support.

May and June is about eating well

The food we eat provides us with the energy and nutrients our brain needs to work well. Eating balanced meals can help support better energy, improved mood, and lower stress levels.

As part of our Eating Well campaign, we are inviting students to share low-cost, healthy/nutritious meals. We also want to celebrate the diversity of our community, so this is your chance to showcase your culture through food. Submit your entries by Tuesday 30 June. 10 winners will receive a £30 Tesco voucher + selected recipes will be printed as a resource for students.
