This study session offers a brief introduction to queer of colour feminist thinkers from Audre Lorde and Gloria Anzaldua to Jose Munoz and Sarah Ahmed. Inspired by their political and poetical critiques and exhibitions, the session asks what 'home' means in the context of cultural dislocation and non-belonging.   

Onni Gust is a lecturer in History at the 海角黑料 and a research associate with the Centre for Research in Race and Rights, whose work draws on post-colonial, feminist and queer theory to think critically about the role of imperialism in the construction of belonging during the 'long' eighteenth century.
