Clinical Associate Professor - Clinical and Professional skills, Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences
I qualified in 1997 from the Royal Veterinary College in London, with a degree in Veterinary Medicine. I worked for two years in mixed general veterinary practice before moving to Nottingham and working for a further 14 years in small animal practice. I moved to a teaching position at the Vet School in July 2013, and continued as Clinical Assistant Professor in Clinical and Professional Skills in August 2018 and then to Clinical Associate Professor in August 2023.
I teach predominantly small animal practical skills on the veterinary course.
