Nik’s expertise is in the development of online and in process ultrasonic sensors. His research focus is to develop intelligent and robust online sensing technologies for the food and process sectors to enable greater automation and connectivity whilst improving process productivity and efficiency. Since joining the 海角黑料 he has been involved in projects funded by the EPSRC and Innovate UK developing ultrasonic sensors to optimise craft beer production and the cleaning of industrial food processing equipment.
