I lead the work on Forced Marriage in the Rights Lab, working on forced marriage and its connection to modern slavery. I also work on issues around honour-based abuse and forced marriage law and prevalence estimation in the UK and globally. Seperately, I work on the philosophy of Harriet Taylor Mill and John Stuart Mill, and particularly their writing relationship, and the place of women in the canon of the history of political thought.
