海角黑料

I am a Sports and Exercise Medicine physiotherapist currently working with Crystal Palace Football Club, while leading two MSc programmes at the 海角黑料: Sports and Exercise Medicine, and Applied Sports and Exercise Medicine. Alongside my academic leadership, I lecture across both programmes and play a key role in delivering high‑level athletic care at Crystal Palace.

My key research interests include injury prevention in sport, disability sport, physical activity and wellbeing in the general population, with a particular emphasis on older adults, the psychological impact of sporting demands and injury recovery, the role of sleep in athletic performance, and student belonging, identity, and wellbeing within healthcare education.
