From Friday 24 April 2026, we’re changing when Click and Study releases new booking slots.
Instead of appearing at 23:59, new slots will now go live at 08:00 (UK time) each day.
This updated approach maintains a consistent 7 full days of bookings available at all times, with one new day added each morning on a rolling basis.
What’s changing
- Old release time: 23:59 daily
- New release time (from 24 April): 08:00 (UK time) daily
- Release model: 7-day rolling window – ensuring 7 clear days of bookable space are always available
How the 7-day rolling system works
At 08:00 each day, a new day of availability is released, keeping the total number of bookable days at seven.
For example:
- At 08:00 on Monday, bookings open for the following Tuesday
- At 08:00 on Tuesday, bookings open for the following Wednesday
- At 08:00 on Wednesday, bookings open for the following Thursday
This means:
- There are always 7 full days of bookings available
- Each day, the window moves forward by one day
Why we’re making this change
You told us you’d prefer a more accessible and fair time to book popular slots. Moving releases to 08:00:
- Removes the need to stay up until midnight
- Spreads demand more fairly
- Keeps booking availability consistent and predictable
What you need to do
- If you're aiming for a specific day, check Click and Study at 08:00, one week ahead
- Set a reminder for high-demand dates
- Continue to book and manage reservations as usual

Key date
- Change takes effect: Friday 24 April 2026
