Expertise Summary

Sandra Frisby read law at the º£½ÇºÚÁÏ and completed her Ph.D. thesis in December 2000 on the Law and Practice of Contractual Receivership. She took up her position of Lecturer in September 1999. Her research interests include Corporate Insolvency Law, Company Law and Property Law in general. Her interests lie in the field of commercial law, and in particular in corporate insolvency and company law. She is also interested in property law. Her current research activities include investigations into the legal responses to the corporate rescue ideology and the impact of insolvency on corporate employees.
