Biography

Before joining Nottingham in September 2016 I obtained a PhD in philosophy from UCL in 2012, was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Antwerp from 2012-2013, and a JRF at Trinity Hall, University of Cambridge from 2013-2016.

My areas of research expertise are the philosophy of mind & psychology (especially the philosophies of mental health, psychotherapy, and perception)

Teaching Summary

My main teaching responsibilities are Mind and Consciousnes (2nd Year), and Mind, Psychology, and Mental Health (3rd Year).

Research Summary

I am on research leave for the academic year 2023-2024.

My research is in the philosophy of mind and psychology, in particular philosophy of mental health, philosophy of psychotherapy, and philosophy of perception.
