The university’s Authenticity in the Workplace interview video series is designed to support you through the transition into the workplace.

These videos offer honest, real life perspectives from professionals who have navigated the same uncertainties and emerged confident and more authentic in their careers.

Each interview is based on questions submitted by UoN students, ensuring the topics covered are relevant to your concerns as you prepare for professional life. 

Whether you're curious about representation, identity, faith inclusion, wellbeing, allyship, or navigating workplace culture, these conversations dig into the realities you won’t find in job descriptions or recruitment brochures.

You’ll hear from people like Tofunmi Omisore, a Nottingham alumna whose journey spans executive search, audit, and leadership. She speaks openly about representation, faith inclusion, and building confidence in demanding roles.
