There's now a new way to request a support plan in NottinghamHub.
What is a support plan?
A support plan outlines the reasonable adjustments that the university will implement to ensure you can study and learn comfortably, and to help you achieve your full potential at university.
Support Plans are created for students with disabilities, long-term medical or mental health conditions, and specific learning differences (like dyslexia; dyspraxia; ADHD). We also support those who are currently in the process of being diagnosed for autism or ADHD through the NHS.
What’s new?
We’ve made it easier to request reasonable adjustments. You can now do this via the ‘Request Support Plan’ tile on the homepage of the NottinghamHub.
What you need to do
- Log in to
- Click ‘Request Support Plan’
- Complete the form and upload your supporting documents
Once submitted, Disability Support Services will review your request and contact you if anything else is needed.
