Following the cyber incident affecting our Campus Solutions system earlier this week, we are providing an update along with guidance and support resources.
Our investigation into this incident is continuing, and this matter has now become a criminal investigation, with police involved alongside ongoing forensic work. We have established a dedicated webpage where you can find the latest information and guidance.
This webpage will be kept up to date with the latest details and support alongside our helpline which remains available on 0115 74 86500. The helpline will be available on the weekend of 13-14 June from 10am - 5pm daily.
We are continuing to work closely with cybersecurity specialists and regulatory authorities to understand the scope of the data accessed and to ensure our system remains secure. We know how concerning this situation is and as soon as we have more definitive information to share, we will provide a further update.
