Any EU student who wishes to study at the 海角黑料, or any other UK university, will be able to apply for funding to study here.
On Friday 21 April, the government released a statement saying “EU nationals wishing to study from Academic Year 2018/19 will continue to be eligible to apply for student undergraduate, master’s, postgraduate and advanced learner financial support as well as Research Council PhD studentships."
